Rosevale is a rather low profile condo developed by Far East Organization. It is actually very well positioned right next to United Square and with minutes of walk to Novena MRT station and Novena Square
It is located at 32 Lincoln Road, at the junction of Lincoln Road and Surrey Road, next to a small park. On the other side are a number of newer condo developments.
Facilities are simple. The land that Rosevale sits on is a small plot and most facilities are on the ground level. Facilities at Rosevale includes a pool, gym and children's playground plus car park and security.
The facade of Rosevale uses floor to ceiling tinted glass and there are units that may get the west Sun. It can be pretty hot for some people who are not used to it. The car park of Rosevale is located in the basement which means covered from rain and sun.
Rosevale has only got 32 units and completed in 2003. The highest floor or penthouse is on the 12th floor. This unit is a 2,777 Sqft duplex asking for $7,500 rental. The living and dining hall have a double volume ceiling with lovely blinds.
